About The Artist

All Harbor & Hills art is hand-painted by Phillip Chesser, a native of East Tennessee and a self-taught artist. Inspired by the beauty and history of meaningful places, his art captures not just how a place looks, but how it feels—so your customers can bring a piece of that experience home.
